Behavioral Revenue Intelligence

Methodology doesn't transform.
Behavior does.

IMPACT turns commercial practice into observable evidence, evidence into capability, and capability into growth that lasts.

01 / The engine

From static training to behavioral intelligence.

APEX measures what a person knows. IMPACT observes how they think, decide, and act in front of a buyer who's changing too.

01 — Deal reality

Reality isn't improvised.

Context, constraints, deal economics, and buyer signals build a consistent world before the conversation even starts.

02 — Buyer state

The buyer remembers.

Every interaction changes their state: trust, urgency, perceived risk, and willingness to move forward.

03 — Evidence-first

We evaluate what changes.

We don't count words. We read evidence, causality, conversation quality, and real progress.

02 / The services

From diagnostic
to sustained practice.

Four ways to work with IMPACT, from understanding how your team sells today to sustaining the change month after month. You can start with the first one and move forward when your team needs it.

01 — Starting point

Executive diagnostic

A sample of up to 8 participants to see, with evidence, how your team sells today.

  • A radiograph of people, opportunities, and the sales system
  • Ends in a Results Agreement: one priority, 2–3 behaviors, and a way to observe them
02 — Journey

IMPACT 90

A journey with milestones on days 1, 30, 60, and 90.

  • 3-hour in-person kickoff
  • 90-minute virtual sessions: 12 core sessions and 4 clinics, in a cohort of 12
  • 4 sessions with managers
  • 30-minute individual feedback session
03 — Continuity

IMPACT Continuous

A monthly cycle so behavior keeps being observed after day 90.

  • Every month: prioritize, practice, apply, and review
  • Quarterly review
  • Contracted separately from the 90-day journey
04 — Extensions

For specific moments in your team's life

They add to the journey or the ongoing cycle when the business calls for it.

  • Onboarding new sellers
  • Strategic opportunities
  • Launches
  • Sales managers
  • Pricing labs
  • Negotiation labs
  • Diagnostic labs
  • Progress labs
  • Sales process

Reference scope. What is described here is a reference proposal; the final scope is confirmed in the proposal for your team.

03 / The process

90 days to change
how you sell.

A sequence designed so practice doesn't end in the classroom. It ends when it becomes part of the team's operating system.

04 / The evidence

How we will know
something changed.

Every advance is read across the seven dimensions and at three levels of evidence, to tell apart what someone knows, what they do, and what happens in the business.

IMPACT Level 1 to 20

One level per dimension, to see where each person and each team stands across the seven dimensions.

01

Capability

What the person demonstrates when practicing against a simulated buyer.

02

Application

What they do in real conversations and opportunities.

03

Business

Goals, progress, and actual sales measured against the result the team is pursuing.

Day 90 deliverables
  1. 01Final radiograph

Where the team ended up across the seven dimensions at the close of the journey.

  2. 02Execution kit

Working material so the agreed behaviors keep being applied after day 90.

  3. 03Individual and manager plan

One plan per person and another for managers on what to sustain and what to practice.

  4. 04Recognition close-out

    A close-out that recognizes the team's progress.

How to read the scores. They describe observed capability. They are not a sales percentage, and we do not promise a guaranteed result.

IMPACT / CONTINUOUS
06 / After day 90

90 days isn't the end.
It's the new starting point.

Behavior decays once it stops being observed. That's why IMPACT continues: it calibrates, simulates, reviews, and supports so the change deepens with every cycle. IMPACT Continuous is contracted separately from the 90-day journey.

08 / The infrastructure

One engine. Everywhere you sell.

IMPACT doesn't live in isolation. It connects to your AI agent through MCP, to your LMS through LTI 1.3, and to your team's real conversations, whether through WhatsApp Cloud or an API.

Connect your AI agent

Talk to the engine, not a screen.

An MCP-compatible AI assistant can create, run, and evaluate a sales practice session without leaving the conversation — no copy-paste, no exports.

Public API

IMPACT isn't just a screen. It's an engine.

Sessions, evaluations, and certifications over API, with per-company keys, signed webhooks, and external identity mapping — so any system you already run can talk to IMPACT on its own terms.

Real integrations

Grades show up on their own. So do real conversations.

Certifications land in your LMS gradebook (LTI 1.3 AGS). And real conversations from WhatsApp Cloud, or from any system that sends them through the API, are evaluated with the same engine: not just simulations.

Evidence-based recommendations

A catalog with nice names isn't personalization.

IMPACT cross-references each seller's real competency coverage — per offer, not in the abstract — against the practice catalog, and only recommends what closes a real gap. Every suggestion comes with the exact reason, never a generic "you might like this."

09 / Real conversations

What happens in the chat
gets evaluated too.

Practice prepares. Real conversations show what gets applied. IMPACT evaluates both with the same engine.

Native channel today

WhatsApp Cloud

Your team's real conversations on WhatsApp Cloud are evaluated with the same engine as practice.

No prior connection

WhatsApp export

Upload or paste a WhatsApp export to evaluate a conversation.

Any system

Conversations through the API

If your system can send conversations through the API, IMPACT evaluates them the same way.

Live coach

Help during the conversation, without overwhelming the seller.

On real conversations, the live coach works with an inbox and advice within an intervention budget.

  • Conversation inbox with advice
  • Intervention budget so the seller is not overwhelmed
  • Post-call advice to review what happened
After the conversation
  1. 01Post-call advice

A review of what happened and what to do differently next time.

  2. 02Open conversation recovery

Spots conversations and opportunities that were left open so you can pick them back up.

  3. 03Relationship timeline

The history of the relationship with the buyer, in order, so you arrive prepared.

Channel scope. WhatsApp Cloud is the only channel with a native connection today. Conversations from other systems are evaluated when those systems send them through the API.

10 / Integrations

Three ways to use it.
The same evidence.

Work inside the platform, bring the engine into your own product, or use your own AI provider. All three paths reach the same evaluation.

Way 01

On the IMPACT platform

Practice, diagnostics, dashboard, and coaching in one place, for leadership, managers, and sellers.

Way 02

Embedded in your product

Through the API or MCP, your product creates sessions, sends turns, and gets the evaluation.

Way 03

With your own AI provider

Use Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek, with your key stored encrypted.

What is under the hood
MCP server

6 tools for your AI agent

An MCP-compatible assistant can create, run, and evaluate a practice session. Today the server runs locally (stdio).

Grades in your LMS gradebook

IMPACT grades are sent to your LMS gradebook. Today the LMS integration covers grades only: it does not include launching IMPACT from the LMS.

External identity

Identity mapping

Links each IMPACT user to their identity in your systems so results reach the right place.

11 / Security and privacy

Your team's data,
under rules you define.

Concrete controls over what is stored, for how long, who sees it, and which AI provider processes it.

Personal data retention 90 days by default

Each company configures how long personal data is kept. When the period ends, the purge is automatic.

Data separated per company

Each company's information is kept separate from every other company's.

Your own AI provider

Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek, with the key stored encrypted.

API keys per company

Each company has its own keys to access the API.

Signed webhooks

Events sent by IMPACT carry an HMAC signature so you can verify them.

12 / Scientific foundations

Research that guides
how practice works.

Three lines of research inspire the design of IMPACT: how a seller adapts, how practice is reviewed, and how learning is carried into the job.

2006 Franke and Park

Adaptive selling behavior

A line of research on adaptive selling behavior.

2013 Tannenbaum and Cerasoli

Guided review after practice

A line of research on guided review after practice (debriefing).

2010 Blume et al.

Transfer to the job

A line of research on the transfer of training to the job.

How to read this section. These foundations guide the design of IMPACT; they are not an independent validation of the product.

13 / Frequently asked questions

What people tend to
ask first.

Straight answers on scope, duration, integrations, and data. If something is missing, write to us.

Does IMPACT replace the training we already have?

No. It makes it measurable: IMPACT observes behavior, both in practice and in real conversations, instead of settling for what each person says they know.

How long does it last?

The journey lasts 90 days, with milestones on days 1, 30, 60, and 90. Afterward it can continue with IMPACT Continuous, which is contracted separately.

What do we need to get started?

An executive diagnostic with a sample of up to 8 participants. It ends in a Results Agreement: one priority, 2–3 behaviors, and a way to observe them.

Does it integrate with our systems?

IMPACT offers a public API v1, signed webhooks, an MCP server, and LTI 1.3 AGS to send grades to your LMS. Conversations can come from WhatsApp Cloud, from a WhatsApp export, or from any system that sends them through the API. Today the MCP server runs locally.

What data does it store, and for how long?

Personal data retention is configurable per company; the default is 90 days, with automatic purge. You can also use your own AI provider, with the key stored encrypted.

Is there voice or video practice?

Today practice is text-based. Voice and video are under evaluation, with no committed date.

Do you guarantee sales results?

No. Scores describe observed capability; they are not a sales percentage or a promise of results.
